Daniel Schachle - General Agent:
- How long with KoC? Twenty+ Years
- Prior To? Daniel served in the United States Air Force (USAF) and worked in papermaking before joining the Knights of Columbus Insurance Field Force in 2005.
- Passionate About? Daniel is a private pilot and an officer in the Civil Air Patrol, serving the official Auxiliary of the USAF. He loves family camping trips and is passionate about helping young people develop faith and leadership skills. Daniel is the President of his Parish Council and runs the altar server program at his parish
- Vision for Growth: Daniel is passionately dedicated to expanding the agency’s impact across Tennessee and Kentucky, focusing on empowering agents through professional development. His goal is to ensure that more Catholic families achieve financial security and peace of mind, all while growing the legacy of the Knights of Columbus through dedicated service.
Lance - Assistant General Agent:

- Prior Experience? 20 years in the mortgage sales industry.
- Passions About? He enjoys spending time with his family, supporting his church, refereeing basketball games, and cheering for the University of Memphis sports teams.
John - Field Agent:

- Prior Experience? Active duty Army, now in the Army Reserves as a Green Beret.
- Passions About? He is an ultra-marathon runner, a devoted family man, and loves mentoring young boys at his church. He spends time in Kentucky for both his Army and KoC commitments.

Eligibility Criteria:
- 2 or 4 year degree is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to quickly obtain (or reinstate) state insurance licenses and FINRA certifications.
- To align with the Knights of Columbus charter and IRS nonprofit status, agents/advisors must meet the organization's membership requirements, which are limited to Catholic men as defined by the governing body.*
