Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance or business development is not required. Our team members come from a diverse array of career backgrounds including: Nonprofit leadership and management, retail, fitness, education, healthcare, logistics, sales, business development, finance, technology and others.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Licenses: Obtain necessary licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available).
