Meet the Leadership Team:

 

Sean C Quick – State Manager: Sean has been with the company since the Spring of 2008. Prior to PMA, he worked on the Athletic Field Maintenance crew for the Parks & Recreation department of the City of Columbia. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters on their rural property outside of Columbia. He also enjoys playing golf with friends, traveling with family and live music.

 

Chad Piper, Regional Manager: Chad has been with PMA for over 9 years. Before joining PMA, he spent several years as a Union Carpenter, and later transitioned into the meat industry, where he gained valuable experience. He joined PMA when he saw the potential to build a career with a flexible schedule, great earning potential, and the ability to grow long-term relationships. Away from work, Chad is a family man and avid hunter, so attending his children’s sporting events is a high priority for him when he is not in the woods.

 

Nick Haag, District Manager: Nick Has been with PMA for 11 years. Prior to joining PMA he was a manager at a big box retail store. Away from work he enjoys watching his daughter compete in high school track and cross country and his son play baseball, basketball, golf and bowl. He loves trying new restaurants with his family while they vacation on the beach in Florida each year. 

 

Jake Novinger, District Manager: Jake has been with PMA just over 10 years. Away from work he enjoys traveling with his family and all outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and handyman work.

Insurance Agent Role Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions from our product portfolio.
  • Present plans clearly using our digital tools and software.
  • Provide ongoing service and policy support to build long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure coverage stays aligned with life changes.
  • Maintain organized records and follow compliance standards.
  • Take part in ongoing training and development to grow skills and opportunities.
