Prior Experience: Northwestern Mutual Financial Representative, responsible for prospecting new clients for life insurance, long-term care, disability, retirement annuities, and investment services.
Passionate About: Charity and guiding people through life’s most important decisions. Married to his wife for 13 years, with six children. Their family treasures praying the rosary each night, playing in their large yard, taking road trips, and attending Knights of Columbus events together.
Vision for Growth? Benji is focused on mentoring the next generation of leaders within KoC, ensuring continued growth while staying rooted in faith, family, and service.

Patrick Arndt, Assistant General Agent and Financial Advisor:

Prior Experience: Delivery and transportation/shipping business, serving as Operations/Project Manager for a privately owned company.
Passionate About: Spending summers with his family on Lake Huron, attending music festivals, and concerts. Married to his wife for 17 years with two children.

Thomas McCully, Assistant General Agent and Financial Advisor:

Time with KoC: Over 6 years.
Prior Experience: President of Zyomic Technologies, where he hired, trained, and managed 14 people across the United States.
Passionate About: Farming, hunting, cooking, traveling abroad, and entertaining friends. Spending long weekends with family and friends on Torch Lake. Married to his wife for over 25 years, with two children.

Brennan Hayden, Field Agent and Financial Advisor

Prior Experience: VP Sales and Marketing for over 15 years where he was responsible for starting, running, and selling leading mobile digital advertising platforms.
Passionate About: Spending time at his cottage up north, traveling, and music. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their adult children.

Prior Experience: Agency Vice President for over 30 years, where he oversaw 46 field offices, 152 agents, and 24 administrative positions.

The Minimum Qualifications:

Knights of Columbus membership or eligibility
Active state life and health insurance licenses, or successful completion of the process as required by the state prior to onboarding.

The Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Series 65 license
Sales experience.
Professional Designations, CLU, ChFC, CFP, CFA, or CPA
